Spanish Slump May Have Political Cause. KING AND DE RIVEEA. LONDON, November 20. The Stock Exchange at Madrid and Barcelona have experienced a panic and a general slump in prices. It is not known whether this is owing to nervousness due to the tense political situation. It is rumoured that the Prime Minister, General Primo de Rivera, has asked Kin°- Alfonso to disband the artillery corps which are reported again to be active. The Gibraltar correspondent of the tr Daily News" says that in the hope of quelling the growing unrest in the Spanish Army de Eivera handed the Kintf a decree dissolving for the third time the artillery regiments throughout Spain, but so far the King has refused to sign it.
