BRIDGE AT PIPIROA.
SUPPORT FROM COUNTY. The Hauraki Plains County Council, after discussion of the assistance it should give to the building of a concrete bridge to replace the ferry service over the Piako River at Pipiroa, on the Thames-Auckland main highway, decided to set aside £1000 a year x for the project and to request a £4 for fl subsidy from the Main Highways Board.
