A CHRISTMAS COMPETITION.
VALUABLE PRIZES OFFERED,
Originality is the keynote of the Special Christmas Competition nowbeing conducted on behalf of a new company shortly to be formed in Auckland to take over and combine the business activities of the two well-known firms —the E. and F. Piano Agency, Ltd., and Howies, Ltd. The new company will be known as the E. and F. and Howies, Ltd., and in order to make this name familiar to the public 'before operations commence, a Business Slogan competition has been organised, valuable prizes worth nearly £600 being offered for the 24 best efforts submitted before December 18 next. The first prize is a magnificent English Squire and Longson Piano, valued at £115j while the remaining prizes will take the form of special cash 'bonds with face values of from £50 to £10. Details of the competition appear in the advertisement columns of this issue, and intending competitors are advised to make early applications for the ofiicial entry forms. —(Ad.)
