RIFLE SHOOTING.
NO. 1 REGIMENTAL MEET. ANNUAL EVENT OPENED. A commencement was made yesterday at the Penrose Range with the annual rifle meeting- of No. 1 Regimental Districts "which provides events for navy recruits, senior cadets, returned soldiers, and rifle club members. . Conditions for shooting yesterday : were not good.
