Cancelled For French In
Third Zone.
NEW MINISTER BLAMED.

BERLIN, November 7.
The "Vorwaerts" reports the cancellation of the evacuation orders to the French regiment stationed at Kreuznaeh in the third zone. The "Vorwaerts" is of the opinion that the War Minister, M. Maginot, is responsible. It was always his view that the third zone should not he evacuated till the Young Plans were in operation.
