(By Telegraph.—Special to " Star.") WELLINGTON, this day. Alterations in the bursary regulation to benefit pupils who cannot take u] their bursaries immediately are con templated by the University of New Zea lancL At present a student who obtains i bursary is compelled to take it up a once and proceed to the University unless he falls ill. The altered regula tions are ro provide that a postponemen may be made automatically where thii postponement is desirable. The new regulations will not b< approved this year, but will come befori the next meeting of the Academic.
