ABBITRATIOIC DT DISPUTE. NEGOTIATIONS A FAILURE ! (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent) HAMILTON, this day. It is understood that negotiations that were opened with a view to the settlement of the dispute between Bishop Cherrington and Dean Barnett, under which Archbishop Averill and two others appointed by him were to arbitrate, have broken down owing to one of the parties to the dispute having refused to accept the conditions laid down by the archbishop.
