ESTIMATE OF COST. Some interesting phases of the proposed town water supply and sewerage scheme cante under the notice of the Opunake Town Board on Monday night, when a long report on the subject was submitted by Mr. Ralph P. Worley, M.Sc, A.M., inst.E., consulting engineer, of Auckland. The estimated cost of the water supply scheme is £12,200 and the sewerage scheme £12,700. The board decided to submit the proposals to a public meeting of ratepayers, to be held-at an early date.
