GERMAN TERROR.

JACK THE RIPPER AGAIN.' (Received 2 p.m.) BERLIN, November 5. la defiance of an army of police and detectives hunting Dusseldorf high and low, the mysterious murderer known as Jack the Ripper, has claimed another victim. A young woman was walking along a lonely lane when she was lassooed from behind. A man sprang on her, flourished a dagger-, and then produced a hammer. He struck her several blows. The present outrage is the nineteenth since the outbreak in April. The work is that of the same man, because it has occurred at the identical spot, and the same methods have been employed as in the first murder of the series. In every case the perpetrator was able to escape, leaving not a single clue.
