Public notice is hereby given that the following Resolution passed at a Special Meeting of the Auckland City Council, convened for that purpose and held on Thursday, the 24th day of October, 1920. and intended to operate as a Special Order will come up for confirmation at the Ordinary Meeting, of. the Auckland City Council to be held on THURSDAY, the sth day of December, 1920, in the Council Chamber, Town Hall, Auckland, at 7 o'clock p.m., viz.:— " The Body Corporate called the Mayor, Councillors and Citizens of the City of Auckland, doth hereby resolve by Special Resolution intended to operate as a Special Order that being satisfied that the portion of the Waikumete Cemetery Reserve, lying between the Auckland-Kaipara Railway line and the Oratia Stream, containing 11 acres 8 roods 15 perches, being portion of allotments 248 and 248 A. Parish of Waikumete, is not likely to be required during the period of 1 year from the Ist day of January, 1930, for the purpose for which it is held, a lease .of the said land be granted to the Glen Eden Town Board for a period not exceeding one year."
