REMOVED AFTER TEN" YEARS,

(By Telegrnnh.—Own Correspondent.)

CHRISTCHURCH, Friday.

Ten years ago a youth, Ray Choate, of St. Albans, was in company with another boy, who had a revolver. Choate was wounded through the careless handling, of the weapon. A doctor who examined him at the time said he was very lucky* as the bullet had just grazed his skull,;. However, in recent years the youth had been troubled with his nerves. Recently he visited the hospital, and as the result of an X-ray examination ah operation was performed. The revolver bullet was removed from under his scalp, where it had lain unknown to him for the intervening 10 years.
