Recovery Of Trust From Booth's Executors.

MOVE BY GENERAL HIGGINS

(Received 11 a.m.) LONDON, October 30. The writ applied for by General Higgins, of the Salvation Army, to transfer from the late General Booth's executors to himself, for administrative purposes, its trust property of £1,000,000, was served on the late general's exeputors.

The Salvation Army's legal representative explains that the position was caused by a codicil that General Booth added to his will after deposition, transferring the trusteeship of the Army's property from his successor to his executors.
