WEDDINGS OF THE WEEK.

I GREGORY—VERCOE. The Church of the Holy Sepulchre was the setting last evening for the wedding of 'Elizabeth Emma, fourth daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C. Vercoe, of Mount Eden, and Albert John, son of Mrs. Gregory, of Mount Eden. The Rev. Gordon Bell officiated. The bride was given away by her father and wore whita souple satin draped at the sides,, which made- an uneven hem. The tulle veil was embroidered and formed the train. A coronet of ora'nge blossoms and a shower bouquet of roses and lily of the valley completed the toilet. The two' bridesmaids were Misses Ada Vercoe and Alma Bridgford, who wore frocks of eatin and tulle, frilled skirt 3, with longer dips at the back, in tones of primrose and amber green. Headdresses and ecarvee of tulle, and shower bouquets matched their gowns. A dainty little flower girl was Jean Agnew in frilled Alice blue crepe fleuri and rose wreath, and she carried a silver basket of roses. The best man was Mr. C. Gregory and the groomsman Mr. G. Griffin. The wedding reception was held at Nairn's rooms, the tables and wedding bell being ' in shades of pink and green. The bride's mother wore brown figured celanese silk with hat to tone. The bridegroom's mother wore biscnit crepe fleuri and haV to tone.
