RARANGA CLEARS TO-MORROW RANGITXKI DUE NOON FRIDAY Not unexpected was the announcement that the steamer Raranga's departure for New York and the United Kingdom would be postponed from this evening to noon to-morrow. The vessel is completing her loading schedule at the Queen's wharf. Radio advices have been received by the New Zealand Shipping Company from the Keelung, en route from New York, that she will arrive at 10 o'clock to-morrow morning, and from the Rangitiki that she will reach Auckland at noon on Friday from London. A light cargo for New Zealand was brought by the Canadian Leader, and this steamer, which arrived from Montreal to-day, is expected to leave for Brisbane tomorrow.

The Waimea left Glsborne at S p.m. yesterday for Auckland. She is expected to leave here at noon to-morrow for Gisborne and Napier. Maunganui docks to-morrow to continue her overhaul. Kamona left Greymouth at 7 p.m. on Monday last for Auckland. Kaiwarra sails at 10 p.m. to-day for Gladstone. Ngakuta cannot be dispatched before Friday next for Wellington and Lyttelton. She will not call at Napier, Wingatui's departure before Friday for Lyttelton, Dunedin, Oamaru and Timaru is doubtful. Kurow left Dunedin at 10.30 p.m. yesterday for Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellintgon and Auckland. Kaitoa is due at Onehunga on Saturday from Kelson to load for Kelson and Motueka. Golden West leaves here on Friday evening for Wellington, Lyttelton and Timaru to complete discharge of cargo from the Pacific Coast. Norfolk is to leave Auckland on Saturday for Napier. She Is at present discharging at the Queen's wharf. "Noon Fridav," Is the Rangitiki's latest radio advice of her expected arrival at Auckland from London. The New Zealand Shipping Co. announce that she is to berth at the Prince's wharf. The Corinthic is to leave Auckland on November 7 for Gisborne, Timaru. Napier and Wellington, and is to sail from Wellington for London on November 29. The Huddart-Parker Co. advise that the Ulimaroa will sail at 11 a.m. on Friday for Sydney. Messrs. L. D. Nathan and Co. report that the Mahia left Balboa on the afternoon of the 2Sth, and will be due at Auckland on November 20 to discharge cargo from London. TREGONELL TO BUNKER. The Tregonell. now discharging phosphates at the King's wharf, is to leave here on Tuesday next for Westport for bunkers. Her future movements have not yet been announced.

TRONGATE FOR NAURU. Messrs. Henderson and Macfarlane have received advice that the Trongate is due at Westport to-day from Melbourne for bunkers, and will proceed to Nauru or Ocean Island to load for New Zealand. TOFUA'S NEXT TRIP. The Tofua will leave Auckland at 11 a.m. on Saturday on her next trip to Fiji, Tonga and Samoa. Mr. Chas. Brown, chief steward of the Moeraki, will relieve Mr. G. H. South, for the November trip, while Mr. South is on holiday. RARANGA SAILS NOON TO-MORROW. The Raranga's departure for New York. Boston, Halifax and London has been postponed until noon to-morrow, states the agents, Messrs. A. S. Paterson and Co. WITHIN WIRELESS RANGE. The following vessels are expected to be within range of the Auckland wireless station to-night: Sonoma, Spondilus, Rangitiki, Port Auckland, Cambridge. Keelung, Port Hardy, Oakpark, Nucula, Kaiwarra. THE SCHOONER HUIA. With a cargo of hardwood poles the Nobel auxiliary schooner Huia leaves Grafton today for Auckland and Tauranga. The poles are for the Tauranga Electric Board. BOSWORTH FROM PANAMA. The steamer Bosworth, from Galveston, Texas, is reported to have cleared Panama last Sunday. She has a full cargo of phosphates for discharge at Auckland, Geelong, Adelaide, and Fremantle, and is due at Auckland about November 23. REMUERA NEXT MONDAY. The Remuera is due at Auckland on Monday next to load produce and general merchandise for London and West Coast ports of the United Kingdom. KEELUNG ARRIVES TO-MORROW. "Arrive 10 aim. to-morrow," states a radio received by the New Zealand Shipping Company from the steamer Keelung, which has cargo from New York for discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin, MIN FROM NEW YORK. En route from New York to Auckland, the steamer Min is reported to have cleared Norfolk, Virginia. She has cargo for discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin. She is due at Auckland about November 19.

PORT ALMA'S RECORD TRIP. The Commonwealth and Dominion Line steamer Port Alma made a record voyage from Sydney to-. Dunkirk. Slie arrived in the roadstead on October 20, taking 32 davs 15 hours 11 minutes to complete the trip. "This time breaks the previous record. CANADIAN LEADER. The Candaian Leader (Captain H. Akerley) arrived from Montreal this morning and berthed at the Princes wharf to discharge a quantity of cargo for New Zealand. The steamer experienced a favourable voyage, with the exception of the last few aays, when she ran into the fringe of a cyclone. H.M.S. DUNE DIN. The H.M.s. Dunedin will stay at Wellington for a month to enable the crew to undergo military instruction at Trentham. One half left for Trentham yesterday, and the course will take a fortnight. When it returns the other half will go to Trentham for the course. The vessel is due at Auckland on December 5. She will visit Kawau Island en route. WHITE EMPRESSES TO HONOLULU. With a view to capturing a share of the tourist traffic to the Hawaiian Islands, the Canadian Pacific Railways has decided that the "White Empresses" of the Canadian I acific Line, comprising the Empress of Canada, the Empress of Russia, Empress of Asia, and the new Empress of Japan, W j call at Honolulu on their out"'ard voyage from Vancouver to the Orient. Empress of Japan will make her initial voyage from Vancouver on July 10. As the Canadian Pacific Line will not call at Honolulu on the way back from the Orient, arrangements have been made with the Australasian Royal Mail Line, the Matson Steam Navigation Company, and the Los Angeles Steamship Company for the return passage from Honolulu to the Pacific Coast, u any passengers have booked by the Empresses to those ports.
