FRAUD ADMITTED.

(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) TE AROHA, this day. Charles Mozart Spinley, alias John Carter, alias J. Ross, pleaded guilty before justices to-day to having issued on October 3, to W. B. Frost, a storekeeper at Manawaru, a valueless cheque for £8 10/, for which he received in change £S 7/6. Accused, who was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence, is already awaiting sentence on 'similar charges committed at Rotorua and Cambridge. Two further charges against him will be heard at Hamilton to-morrow.
