TEACHING CHILDREN TO GARGLE.

These are anxious days for parents. There is so much influenza about that more than ordinary precautions must be taken. The best means of safeguarding the home is to see that every membe- of the family gargles regularly with Fluenzol. Children, too.

Get a bottle of Fluenzol to-day, 1/6 and 2/0. Line the family up for gargle parade every morning. ' Follow the golden rules:—

(1) Gargle Fluenzol every morning before breakfast. (2) At the, first sign of a cold sniff Fluenzol vigorously up the nostrils, irrigating the nasal cavity. Repeat at intervals. For children mix Fluenzol with equal quantities of warm water. (3) For a sore throat gargle Fluenzol every half hour until the infection is passed. (4) Take internally one teaspoonful of Fluenzol, at intervals, momentarily gargling before swallowing. Temperature and fever will tints be- reduced. Half doses for children.— (Ad.)
