COMPANY AFFAIRS.
PROPOSED NEW BANK. LONDON AND NEW ZEALAND. (From Our Own Correspondent.). WELLINGTON, this day. ! In connection with the proposal to float j a new bank, to be known as the London 1 and New Zealand Bank, for which a charter to onerate in New Zealand has been granted, the following official statement has been made: — "Th'e association has received numerous inquiries regarding the floatation of the London and New Zealand Bank, which received its charter in New Zealand under the Act of 1928. That Act provides that £1,000,000 must be subscribed before the incorporation of the bank. The promoters wish the bank to be soundly established before the public is invited to take up shares, and with that end in view negotiations are taking place in London and I elsewhere."

Capital, £2510 in I£l shares. Subscribers: John Thomas ' Russell Watson, 2500 shares; Joseph Solomon Emanuel, 10 shares. Broadway Properties, Limited. Objects: To purchase, construct or reconstruct buildings. Capital: £500 in £1 shares. Subscribers: Edna May Lovegrove and Alice Keturah Denney, 240 shares each; Robert Alexander Denney and Claude James Lovegrove, 10 shares each. Tung Kon Company, Limited, market gardeners and fruiterers. Capital: £500 in £10 shares. Subscribers: Henry Bour, Ohung Hon, Ohung Meechee, and Mok Yes Shay, 10 shares each; Ping Chee and William Yip, 5 shares each.
