MINING UNIONS.
MR. BAVIN'S AID SOUGHT.
SYDNEY, September 30. The conference of mining unions was concluded to-day. It was decided by one vote to seek a further interview with the Premier of New South Wales, Mr. T. K. Bavin—but not with the coaJowners —on the subject of reopening the mines.
