Messrs. F. E. Sutherland and L. W. Guiney -were congratulated on their appointments to representative matches. The relations with, the Auckland Rugby Union were of the best, the association receiving every possible help from the governing body. It was stated that Wellington's membership was lio and that 37 new members had been enrolled last winter.
