SEATS FOR DOMINIONS. (Australian and N.Z. Press Association.) (Received 11 a.m.) LONDON, September 27. The "Daily Telegraph's" diplomatic correspondent understands that the British delegates to the International Bank for reparations settlements intend to press for Dominion representation. Canada. * would welcome a seat, but the difficulty arises that she has no central bank. The general expectation is that one eeat will be allotted the Dominions after the fashion of the League Council.
