(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent) THAMES, this day. The Thames Old Boys' Association held its annual meeting last evening, Mr. E. Watson presiding. The balancesheet ehowed assets, £516 and liabilities nil. The election of officers resulted:— President, Mr. E. Wateon; vice-presi-dents, Messrs. L. Griffin, W. J. Hosking, F. H. Claxton; treasurer, Mr. R. J. Muir; secretary, Mr. W. B. McDonald; council, Messrs. A. 0. Bateman, C. Billing, W. Carson, F. Cobb, J. F. Donnelly, W. N. Gordon, W. Graham, T. W. Hays, G. Morrison, E. Pearson, D. K. Redwood, H. 0. Stone; auditors, Messrs. R. Lloyd and W. O'Brien; musical director, Mr. T. J. Buchan-
