ONEHUNGA FREE KINDERGARTEN.

A bridge and "500" party was held at the J.C.L. rooms on Thursday, when Mrs. E. V. Sutherland and Mrs. Norman Wade were joint hostesses, to supplement the funds in aid of the Onehunga Free Kindergarten. The tea tables were decorated with spring blooms. Bridge prizes were won by Mies Griffin and Mrs. Fraser Smith, and the "500" prizes by Mrs. Nicholls and Miss Neill. Mre. Norman Wade received the guests in a. black georgette,'with touches of beige, and ballibuntal hat. Mise Gladys Wade assisted her mother, and wore "black and white striped marocain. Mrs. David Cuthbert was in black flowered crepe de chine, and black hat. Others present were: Mrs. Pagni, Mrs. Powley, Mrs. Lucena, Mrs. McNicol, Mrs. Schnauer, Mrs. D'Audney, Mrs. McLean, Mrs. Middletpn, Mrs. W. J. Wallace, Mre. J. E. Cowell, Mrs. E. Foster, Mrs. J. B.
