HOSPITAL AUXILIARY.

A QUEEN STREET STALL. The public is getting rather tired of so many stre'et collections, so the Auckland Hospital Auxiliary Society has hit on a very good substitute. It has obtained permission to put up a stall outside the shop of John Court, Limited, and there will be sold flowers and vegetables during tho present week. Messrs. John Fuller, Limited, have given the Auxiliary the use of a shop in St. James' Theatre Building, where vegetables and flowers may be sent. The Auxiliary helps patients at the hospital who are not too well off, takes convalescents for motor drives, and in other ways helps people whose friends are not many or not affluent enough to pay those attentions which are so much appreciated during sickness.
