THE PARISIAN CARNIVAL.
At the Parisian Cabaret oa Saturday evening the orchestra played delightfully the "Memories of Scotland" medley, as well as ■ other selections. Miss Violet" Brooks wore a frock of black georgette, trimmed with gold sequins. Among those present were: Mrs. Taylor, carmine georgette; Mrs. D. Pearson, crimson ninon, embossed with black; Mr*. H. Spinks, bois de rose velvet and georgette; Miss Evans, mauve taffeta and cream lace; Miss Collins, daffodil crepe de chine and shawl; Miss A. Witheridge, reseda ring velvet; Miss P. Witheridge, salmon crepe de chine; Miss M. Hill, green and gold; Miss B. Maxwell, peach taffeta, black shawl; Miss D. Clough, jade green and apricot; Miss 0. Perkins, ebony velvet with silver; Miss V. Perkins, primrose and gold; Miss D. Brewer, turquoise lace; Miss Whitcher, figured green satin and tulle; Miss Pitkethley, black crepe de chine; Miss- D. Gould, carnation satin beaute; Miss K. Gould, rainbow tulle, with lame; Miss Carder, vieux rose ring velvet; Miss Andrews, sequinned jade georgette; Miss Lewisham, shaded pink crepe de chine; Miss X.
