CAMBRIDGE DAFFODIL SHOW.
A RECORD FIXTURE. (From Our OWa Correspondent.) ■" a CAMBRIDGE, Friday. The Cambridge Daffodil Society's annual exhibition was held yesterday and again to-dav, and from the viewpoints of entries and excellence of blooms it is a record success. Competition was very keen in all sections. Mr. W. Dai)by, Thames, was easily the most sudcesful exhibitor, securing four championships and some 15 first prizes. Other most successful exhibitors were Messrs. S. Hopkirk (Cambridge), Pierson» (Te Aroha), and Shepherd (Southland). The champion awards were as follow:— Magni Coronati, Mr. Danby's "Owen Bray"; Incomparabilis, Mr. W. Danby's "Scarlet Queen"; Leedsii, Mr W. Danby's "Tenedos"; Barrii, Mr. Shaw's "Miss ; Wilmott."'
