At the annual meeting of the City Cricket Club, the chairman, Mr. Crawford Watson, said the formation of the Thames-Hauraki Cricket Association would go a long way toward fostering a community of interest between the plains and Thames clubs, i It was decided to ask the association to open the season with a match between City and Kopuarahi for the Crawford Watson Cup The following officers were elected:— Patron, Mr. A. Hill; delegates to association, Messrs. J. Hill and L. Crawford Watson. THE TAUMARUNUI CLUB. TAUMAROXUI, Friday. At the annual meeting of the Taumarun'Ji Cricket Club the following officers were elected : —President. Mr. E. Edwards ; vicepresidents, Dr. E. Howard and Messrs. R. Craig and F. W.
