(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, Wednesday. Evidence that he had had to travel at from CO to 65 miles an hour to overtake Dr. R. H. Baxter, when the latter was driving, his car from Brighton to town, via Bower Bridge, was given in the 1 Magistrate's' Court by a traffic inspector, S. F. Napper, when Dr. Baxter was charged with driving at a dangerous peed. He was fined £3-
