STEAMER LEAKING.

NO DAMAGE RESULTS. Water in the bottom of the starboard bunker led to the discovery of a leak in the side of the steamer Sagama River, which arrived at Auckland yesterday afternoon with a cargo of phosphate from Ocean Island. Tho leak was found to be only a small one, just on the waterline, caused by the dropping out of a rivet, and the vessel did not make any appreciable amount of water in the three days after the hole opened. When the vessel arrived at Auckland and berthed at.the King's wharf she was examined, and arrangements were made for repairs.
