INTOXICATED DRIVER.
(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) OPOTIKI, this day.
In the Magistrate's Court this morning A. Tikitiki, a Maori, was sentenced to seven days' imprisonment and had his driving license cancelled for three years for being intoxicated while in charge of a motor car. Accused collided with another car at Waiawa while driving on the wrong side of the Opotiki-Gisborne Road.
