THREATENED WITH RUIN. BUENOS AYRES, September 10. The prolonged drought in Argentina is so serious that a crisis is near. There is a possibility that the grain crops will not be saved, even if rain should fall shortly. Reports from the Santa Fe province state that 50 per cent of the wheat already has been lost.
