SYDNEY, August 30. Walter Pearson, painter, was again before the Court to-day charged with poisoning his former wife, Marion, and with attempting to poison his present wife, Eleanor. The police prosecutor said he had no evidence to offeri As Mrs. Pearson would riot give evidence it would be no use proceeding further. . Pearson, thereupon was diecharged,
