BEQUESTS TO CHARITY.

The estate of 'Miss Mary • Catherine Graham, of. Auckland, -whose death took place on July 9, has been sworn for probate purposes at £3650. The following bequests to- charity made in her will:—Salvation Army, £200; Leslie Presbyterian Orphanage, £100; :Dr. Bar:nardb's ■ Homes, £100; and Methodist Home Mission Trust,- floO. If there is inotv sufficient in the estate to .cover these: bequests after realisation,, the amounts are to be. reduced pro rata., On ihe other hand, any surplus .that may ■remain,,after. payment of the above bequests in ♦■full will go'to the Methodist Home Mission Trust. Fund. , ',
