SUBSIDING RAPIDLY. (Australian and N.Z. Press Association.) CALCUTTA, August 20. The floods in the valley of the Indus caused by the partial bursting of the Shyok dam at Kashmir are now subsiding rapidly, and the danger of. serious •inundations is over.
