WAIOTAPU SAILED.
DUNEDJN RETURNING.
The tonnage in port is steadily decreasing, as no overseas vessels have arrived for several days. This morning the Waiotapu sailed for Melbourne, in continuation of her voyage from Pacific Coast ports, while the Rona, which lias been discharging raw sugar from Fiji at Chelsea, is to he dispatched for Sydney this evening. The only overseas vessel due to-mor-row is H.M.s. Dunedin from Wellington. The Port Gishorne is delayed at Napier, and will not arrive at Auckland to load until Saturday. Also due on Saturday, the tanker Brunswick is bringing bulk oil from Los Angeles, while the Waipalii has fruit and other Island produce from Earotonga.

HUIA AT LYTTELTON. The Nobel Explosives Co.'s auxiliary topsail schooner Huia is now loading at Lyttelton for Auckland. She is due here early next "week. MAHENO AT SYDNEY. Cabled advice from Sydney confirms the arrival there at noon yesterday of. the Union Co.'s steamer Maheno, with passengers, mails and cargo from Wellington. She is to leave Sydney nest Friday for Auckland, where she is due the following Tuesday. WITHIN WIRELESS RANGE. The following vessels are expected to be within wireless range of the Auckland station to-night:—Tutanekai, Tofua, Brunswick, Golden Cross, Maui Pomare, Karamea, Waipahi, Waiotapu, Newton Ash, Arlington Court, Scotscraig, Makambo, Kaitoke, H.M.s. Dunedin, Moeraki. ROTORUA CLEARED PANAMA. En route from London and Southampton with passengers, mails and cargo for Wellington, the New Zealand Shipping Co.'s steamer Rotorua is reported to have cleared Panama last Sunday. She is due at Wellington on September 6. DUNEDIN RETURNING. Having left Wellington at 2 p.m. yesterday, H.M.s. Dunedin should arrive at Auckland to-morrow morning. She is to sail again on September 5 for Wellington, where the new commander, Captain Geoffrey Blake, D.5.0., will take command. PASSENGERS FROM ENGLAND. Russell and Somers, Ltd., advise that the P. and 0. Line steamer Cathay, which is due at Sydney from London to-morrow, has the following passengers for New Zealand : Mrs. Pearson and two children, Mrs. Berry, Mr. and Mrs. Rimmer and child, Mr. Smith, Mrs. Maher, Miss Newland, Miss Britten, Mrs. Coy, Mr. and Mrs. Hill, Mrs. Robershaw.
The Richardson steamer Pukeko arrived from Portland last 'night, and berthed at the King's wharf. She is to sail for Napier and Wairoa this afternoon. The Margaret W. sailed for Gisborne yesterday afternoon. The Tiroa sailed yesterday afternoon for East Coast ports. The Coronation arrived from Awanui this morning, and berthed at the King's wharf. She is to sail again at noon on Saturday. AORANGI LEAVES VANCOUVER. ' Leaving Vancouver to-day, the Union r Co.'s R.M.m.s. Aorangi is due at Auckland, ' via Honolulu and Suva, on September 8, and at Sydney on September 13.. | WAIPAHI'S ITINERARY. With fruit and other Island produce, the Union Co.'s steamer Waipahi is due at Auckland from Rarotonga next Saturday. • She is to sail again for the Cook Islands the following Tuesday. To put out the remainder of her cargo of raw sugar from Fiji, the Colonial Sugar Co.'s steamer Rona is to be dispatched from Chelsea th's evening for Sydney. Prom Sydney she is to return to Fiji. RUAHINE FOR LONDON. Taking passengers, mails and cargo for Southampton andj London, the New Zealand Shipping Co.'s steamer Rualiine was dispatched from Wellington this morning. The Ruahine loaded at Auckland during the first week of August. ARLINGTON COURT RADIOS. A radio from the steamer Arlington Court states that she expects to arrive at Auckland from Galveston, Texas, on August 28. She is bringing a full cargo of sulphur for disc&arge here and at Dunedin, New Plymouth, Wnnganui and Lyttelton. A. G. Frankliam, Ltd., are the local agents. KAITOKE TO SAIL. The Union Company's steamer Kaitoke is to sail at 2 p.m. to-day for Gladstone to load for Wellington. Captain J. Ryan will take command, and will have with him the following officers:: —First, Mr. F. A berth at the Central wharf has been allotted to the Commonwealth and Dominion Line motor ship Port Gisborne, which is now due at Auckland from Napier on Saturday morning for final loading for .New York, Boston and London. She is to sail for New York on Monday night. (Farmers' Auctioneering Co., agents.) UNION CO.'S STEAMERS. The Kaiapoi is to sail at 5 p.m. to-day for Portland to load for Westport. The Kaimanawa leaves Portland at 6 p.m. to-day for Wellington and Lyttelton. From Lyttelton she is to go to Westport to load for Auckland. The Waipiata left Bluff at 1 a.m. yesterday for Dunedin, Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington and Auckland. She is expected to clear Dunedin this afternoon. The Kawatiri loads at Bluff on Saturday next for Auckland via Dunedin, Lyttelton and Wellington. The Katoa left. Wellington at 6 p.m. yesterday and is due at Auckland on Thursday night. After discharge at the Prince's wharf she is to return to Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, Oamaru and Timaru. The I£aponga was expected to leave Greymouth this morning for Westport to fill up for Napier, Gisborne and Auckland. The Kurow is to shift to the North Wall to-morrow to lay up for annual overhaul and survey. The Waimea sailed yesterday afternoon for Gisborne and Napier, and returns to Auckland on Sunday.
