Sayers, 9, Grown Street, Royal Oak, age 13, with a list of 134 correct words, captured the first prize, Maxwell Millener, Princes Street, Nortlicote, age 14, with 128 correct words, the second,- and Zoe Tibbits, Paparoa, Kaipara, age 12, with 125, the third. Emmie Davison, 7, Dean Street, Arch Hill, age 13, arid Donald Adams', 25, Dedwood Terrace, Ponsonby, age 10, with 123 and 122 words respectively, were awarded fourth and fifth prizes: Certificates as followsßLUE: Joan Beaumont, Hilda Johnson, David Hewitt, Gwenyth Bagnall. PINK; Joyce Maseman, Rose Carroll, Grace Jolly, Clifford Paris, Enid' Paris, Esme Foley. GREEN: Betty Atkinson," Rita Nesbitt, Marion Waters, Lottie Bates, Helen Bobbins, Desmond Neithe.' YELLOW: Ronald Whittleston, Betty Bates, Edna Ward, Margery Nicol, Oswald Houison, Noeline Atkinson, Frances Baxter, Rona Paul, Alan Wylie.
