The total sum proposed to be borrowed is H 13,000 in respect of a loan to be known as the Titirangi Riding Loan (1920) at a rate of interest not exceeding £5 10/ per centum per annum for a period of 20 years, the Sinking Fund not less than £ 3 per centum per annum. The proposed security for the loan is a special annual recurring rate of one penny and one-eighth of one penny in the pound on the ratable value of all ratable property in the Titirangi Riding of the County of Waitemata, a legal subdivision. It is proposed to nay out of the loan the preliminary expenses in connection with the scheme for which the loan is proposed to be raised, and also the cost of raising the loan, but not the interest and sinking fund for the first year of the loan. A Poll of the Ratepayers in the said Titirangi riding will be taken on WEDNESDAY, the 2Sth day of August. 1929 at the following places'.—Titirahgi Kiosk and Huia Post Office.
