SCOUTS DISCUSS GRIEVANCES
AGREEMENT IN CHRISTCHURCH. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) CHRISTCHURCH, this day. Seventeen representatives of the troop committees and the Scouters met the district commissioner, Major W. E. S. IFurby, last night, and after a lengthy discussion of all grievances, an agreement waß reached by which a district committee was set up. The cases of threo district scoutmasters who have been relieved of their warrants will be reviewed by the district commissioner, and uri assurance was given that several nwountH which have I teen outstanding will bo met. °
