65 PEOPLE LOST,

(Australian and N.Z. Press Association.) DELHI, July 22. A shocking drowning tragedy occurred at Chanlot, in the Punjab. A boat carrying 100 persons was drawn into a whirlpool in the Chenab River and capsized. Only 35 people were saved. The passengers included several landowners, who were carrying land revenue for deposit with the Treasury. .
