Chinese Seizure Of Eastern
Railway.
SOVIET'S REPLY AWAITED

The seizure by the Chinese of the Chinese Eastern Railway is nearing completion. They have dismissed 800 more Soviet officials and employees since yesterday. The reorganisation of the various phases of the railway administration is proceeding. The Soviet officials are still silent about the incident. Dr. C. T. Wang, the Nationalist Foreign Minister, consistently avoids interviews. Russia's reply is keenly awaited.
