DIRECTORS RESIGN.
WHITE ISLAND PRODUCTS, LTD. DISCUSSION ON POLICY. The NeAv Zealand directors of the White Island Products, Limited, Messrs. O. Nicholson (chairman), E. R. Davis and G. H. Wilson, decided at a meeting this morning to resign. The meeting was held to discuss a policy put forward by the London board of directors, which has the controlling interest in the company. It was decided that the matter should be left entirely in the hands of the English directors' attorney. ""Other resignations included those of 'Mr. H. Welsh,, general manager, and Mr. W. C. Young, secretary.
