STRUCK OFF ROLL.
AUCKLAND SOLICITOR. CLIENTS' MONEY NOT ALL IN TRUST ACCOUNT. NO OBJECTION TO ORDER. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. , The Court of Appeal this morning made ail order striking Raymond Bradford Purser, solicitor, formerly practising at Auckland, off the roll. The grounds of the application for the order were that Purser failed to pay into his trust account and there retain until payment out to his clients 'all moneys received by him on account of such clients during the months of June, July, August, September, October and November, 1928, contrary to the provisions of the Law Practitioners' Act. Costs, £15 15/, and' disbursements were allowed to tlio Law Society. Mr. H. F. Von' Haast and Mr. A. W. Free appeared for the New Zealand Law Society. Mr. D. 11. Iloggard, for Purser, submitted to the order being made.
