PARISIAN CARNIVAL.
Another very successful gala night took place on Saturday evening in Kitchener Hall, under the auspices of the Parisian Dancing Club. There was a very big attendance and the ballroom, decorated with paintings, presented a unique setting for the dancers, who were given carnival hats and balloons. The Parisian Orchestra, under the direction of Mr. Harry Bolton, provided an excellent programme of syncopated dance music. Miss Violet Brooks, who acted as hostess, wore a black georgette frock trimmed with gold sequins. Among those present were: Mrs. I.
