WHANGAREI POLICE COURT.
TRUCK-DRIVER FINED £20. I (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WHANGAREI, this day. William Saul was fined £20 to-day and his license was cancelled, for being intoxicated when in charge of a niotoi truck in Cameron Street on May 23. The police said Saul had a good record and had never been before any Court previously. ' The magistrate allowed him to pay fine at the rate of £1 per week.
