MAYORAL INSTALLATION. The first meeting of the newly constituted New Lynn Borough Council * '11 be ? eld this evening- at 7.30, when the installation of the Mayor and councillors will take place. The business of the evening will be of a formal nature, such as the appointment of a DeputyMayor and the setting up of committees.
