MR. ARCHER'S MAJORITY REDUCED. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CHRIST CHURCH, this day. The polling for the Christchureh mayoralty to-day was the heavies recorded. Mr. J. X. Archer (Labour) was re-elected by a majority of -a over Mr. W. Hayward. The incomplete figures were:— J. K. Archer (Labour)-.... 15,479 W.
