POLL AT OTAHUHU.
FIVE NEW MEMBERS. MAYOR RETURNED UNOPPOSED. There was 110 election for the Mayoralty of Otahnhu, Mr. H. T. Clements being returned without opposition. The electors took a keen interest in the
council contest, about 1500 valid votes being cast. Three former councillors were among the unsuccessful contestants, and three of the new members topped the poll. The new cimcil comprises five new members and three former representatives. The voting was as follows:-— The Mayoralty. H. T. Clements (unopposed) The New Council. J. Trenwith 86S «J. Hunter 865 F.
