POOLING KNOWLEDGE Experts Of 40 Nations To Meet In London. | ECHO OF WAR DAYS. (British Official Wireless.) (Received 12 noon.) RUGBY, May 1. One of the most important forthcoming engagements of the Prince of Wales will be the reception at St. James' Palace on Monday evening to the distinguished doctors who will come to London to attend the international congress on military medicine and pharmacy. The congress will have a membership of nearly 1000 doctors, dentists or pharmacists who belong to, or have belonged to, armed forces or to an organisation connected with military medical services. Forty different nations will be represented. The congress has developed out of the custom of the pooling of the medical experience of the Allied armies during the war. It has already been held in Brussels, Paris, Rome and Warsaw. The congress in London is the fifth. .-./r Sir Laming Worthington-Evans, War Minister, will open the congress and one of the first subjects to be discussed will be the extremely modern problem of removing sick and wounded by air.
