BUILDING PROGRAMME. . FIGURES FOR FOUR MONTHS. The City Council issued during April building permits - fo-r £90,144. against £53>785 for April last year. These permits- include 43 dwellings, as against 26 in the previous April/ As compared with £432,511 for the first four months of" last year, £405.988 is' the total up to the end of April, 1929.
