S.M., cave his written decision on the application made at Whakatane for a, land agent's and auctioneers licenses. The application was made on behalf of an incorporated company, but the advertisement did not disclose that the application was on behalf of a company, and the fidelity bond bound only the applicant and not the company.

The magist rate decided that the application would have to be advertised again in proper form, and a new bond to cover both applicant and company should be tiled.
