Guide Larsen. while crossing the Copeland Pass from the Hermitajre wftl ft party consisting of n lady and a *ece*l guide, was injured through losing control -while plissadinjr. The injured man wa* left at ♦%• T)ouglas Rock after many hour? , painful travelling. A rescue party has neon sent out from Karangarua. but it :• being handicapped by swollen croek?.
